Welcome to BevTrac Mobile Quality Systems LLC
BevTrac Mobile Quality Systems LLC ("BevTrac") serves the wine industry by providing a mobile laboratory (a first in the industry) that conducts state-of-the-art analytical (chemical and physical) and microbiological testing onsite for small and medium-sized wineries (and large wineries if our services are needed).  From an analytical testing perspective, we can provide our customers with same-day results.  In addition to the laboratory aspect of our Company, we also provide:

  • Microbial troubleshooting and remediation (i.e. Brettanomyces)
  • Onsite sanitation assessments, monitoring (visual inspection, ATP analysis, and microbiological swabbing/culturing), and solutions to prevent microbial spoilage of wine and thus improve wine quality.
  • Quality assurance/quality control assessments and auditing of winemaking process to improve product quality.
  • 2,4,6-trichloroanisole (TCA) and 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA) assessments and remediation.
  • Quality systems (i.e. GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001) consultation to ensure production of a high quality, safe, and pure product.
  • Process optimization consultation (i.e. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing) to eliminate defects in the wine production process thus preventing product downgrades and rework and increasing operating efficiencies.
  • Technology innovation consultation to provide our customers with the latest technological advances in the wine industry so they can differentiate themselves from their competitors.
