The company was founded in 2007 and developed from the realization that BevTrac could make a significant impact on the wine industry in several areas. First, we designed and then had manufactured a Mobile Laboratory to conduct state-of-the-art analytical and microbiological testing onsite for wineries. This puts BevTrac in the unique position of being the first independent company in the United States to conduct laboratory testing onsite and the first mobile laboratory in the industry.
Second, our expertise in the area of Wine Microbiology allows us to offer comprehensive reviews of our clients facilities to troubleshoot and remedy microbiological concerns (i.e. Brettanomyces). We are the only company in the industry to offer such robust microbiological troubleshooting and remediation options.
Third, BevTrac's experience and expertise in the area of Winery Sanitation, which was developed over the course of years, gives us the ability to provide our customers with numerous options including onsite sanitation assessments, program development and implementation, monitoring, and solutions. With our sanitation expertise, wineries can significantly reduce the chance of microbial contamination issues and increase product quality.
Finally, with our experience and expertise developing and implementing Quality Systems (i.e. International Organization of Standards (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)) in a winery environment, we can provide wineries with the ability to produce wine products that are of high quality and purity and are safe for the consumer.
